Blake is an Australian chef who has been cooking for the past 12 years (professionally, along with a few years before that) across the world. Having worked at many award winning restaurants in Australia and UK including St John, Trullo and Taxi Dining Room (Melbourne) he has honed his own style of food which is casual, resourceful and above all full of flavour!
He has a passion for Mediterranean flavours, is a skilled butcher and an avid forager, expect to see some interesting cuts of meat and some unfamiliar ingredients arrive on your plate.

Amy Nomvula Smith
After years spent eating, drinking and being merry around the globe, Amy has returned to her homeland. With a high level of wine training under belt and years spent tailoring peoples' evenings in some of London's best received restaurants (St John, Vinoteca, Trullo), she has crafted the art of making people feel at home. Now she welcomes you into hers.
Amy is currently working at Future Radio and is host and producer of the weekly 'Weekend What's On' programme.
